Mr. Niraj Kumar (Co-Founder) – Mechanical engineer leading solar energy system design and sustainable solutions.
Neeraj Kumar is the co-founder of V&S Urjaa, bringing technical expertise and strategic vision to the renewable energy sector. A mechanical engineering graduate, he has strong knowledge of solar energy system design and a keen understanding of international relations, enabling him to lead projects that combine sustainable solutions with a global perspective.
Mr. Rahul Kumar (Co-Founder) – Electrical engineer managing substations, transmission, and renewable energy execution.
Rahul Kumar is the Co-Founder of V&S Urjaa and a seasoned electrical engineer with over eight years of experience in substation and transmission line projects, testing and commissioning, and renewable energy system design and execution. He brings strong technical expertise, hands-on field experience, and effective leadership to deliver safe, reliable, and sustainable energy solutions. Amar Kumar is a detail oriented and analytical engineer with extensive experience in solar energy project design, execution, and technical due diligence. As Design Head at V&S Urjaa , he has contributed to policy research, project evaluation, and renewable energy assessments. With hands-on expertise in ground-mounted, floating, and rooftop solar projects, He is proficient in PVsyst, AutoCAD, PVcase, Helioscope, and advanced data analysis tools, successfully leading project design, layout optimization, energy assessment, and documentation while ensuring compliance with national standards. Holding a B.E. in Electrical Engineering and an M.Tech in Power System Engineering, he is passionate about driving sustainable energy solutions with precision and innovation.
Mr. Patel Arvindkumar (Inspection Expert) – Veteran electrical inspector ensuring quality compliance for solar PV projects.
With over 26 years of extensive experience in electrical inspection, quality assurance, and third-party inspection (TPI), he specializes in material inspection for Solar PV projects, power transmission, and industrial electrical systems. His expertise spans across solar PV modules, power and distribution transformers, HT/LT panels, switchgear, cables, and balance of plant (BoP) equipment, ensuring full compliance with national/international standards and project specifications.
He has successfully executed inspection and quality assurance assignments for leading EPC contractors, OEMs, and IPPs across India and international markets, supporting large-scale solar power plants, substations, and industrial projects.
